Paul Mortell, FCA, CPA
Paul Mortell is both a Chartered Accountant qualified in Europe and a CPA licensed in the USA. With over three decades of senior leadership in both public accounting and industries including manufacturing, not for profit, craft brewing and distilling, and the service sector, Paul has experience not only in many different business sectors but also across four continents.
He spent over 25 years in public accounting in Ireland and the UK where he worked with a Big 4 firm in London, England. During this time, he specialized in audit, corporate finance, litigation support, and forensic accounting for multinational clients. He owned and managed his own accounting firm in Ireland for 17 years serving small and medium businesses operating not only in Ireland but across Europe and North and South America.
Having immigrated with his family to the USA in 2011 he transitioned his career to CFO roles in business services, craft brewing and distilling, not for profit, and manufacturing. These businesses have operations not only in North America but also in Europe and Asia.
Paul is now redirecting his career providing fractional CFO, business coaching, business development, and business sale and purchase services.
